Founder and Executive Director
Jimmy Lowe
Before starting Atlanta Tech Bank, Jimmy spent 12 years at Apple, first in Cupertino, California and later in leadership roles based in Atlanta, Georgia. His work ranged from helping build Apple’s business-to-business strategy and operating model at headquarters to leading teams and markets across the Southeast. That mix helped him see firsthand how technology decisions are made, implemented, and felt on the ground.
After 12 years at Apple, Jimmy came away with a pretty simple conviction: good technology fundamentally transforms the way people access opportunity. He also came away with a clear view of a practical problem: devices get refreshed on predictable cycles, but what happens next to those devices is often unclear.
Jimmy founded Atlanta Tech Bank to help build that missing operational middle, creating a secure and practical path for outgrown devices to move from homes, businesses, schools, and institutions to people and organizations that need reliable technology.
Jimmy was born and raised in Atlanta and is grateful to be raising his family in the city he has always called home. He holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul Vandenberg
Paul knows the corporate tech world inside and out - nearly two decades leading software teams in Fortune 500 companies will do that. His deep partnership with IT teams at companies like The Home Depot, JPMorganChase, and Fiserv give him rare insight into what they care about most: data security, system integrity, and operational excellence. Those same high standards guide how he handles every donated device at Atlanta Tech Bank. Businesses trust Paul to do things right, which means donors can trust that their devices will be securely wiped, thoroughly tested, and ready to transform lives in our community.

Chad Lennon
Chad Lennon is an Atlanta native. Born here, raised here, not planning to go anywhere. But a dynamic city like Atlanta only works when all its people have the tools they need to keep up. Watching Atlanta Tech Bank turn donated technology into a job application, a class paper, or a lifeline for an Atlantan in need is the kind of impact that made Chad want to get involved.
Professionally, Chad is a corporate attorney at Rooms To Go. Before that, he litigated at Bondurant, Mixson & Elmore and clerked for judges on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit Court. He's a Vanderbilt grad and earned a J.D. from Emory Law. At home, Chad and his wife, Samantha, are outnumbered by two kids and a mutt named Stella, who keep them plenty busy.
